    Hmmm ok I’m still in lazy mode right now, but I did a ton of fitness before (even got a fitness instructor certification at one point) ... well out of the many things I’ve tried swimming and running are great, obviously, walking is imperative (and less strain on your knees if you are overweight- unlike running), but one exercise I really enjoyed and saw great results with was the Plank :blob_pompom:

    There are different types of planks, from the most common one ( eg https://www.lifehack.org/292578/7-things-that-will-happen-when-you-do-planking-exercise-every-day)

    To a side plank, common plank with elbows on a big ball, side plank on a ball, feet on a ball plank, ball in static or move ball plank. Careful not to fall on your nose if you do use the big ball....

    Keep moving your body, like using public transportation and walking a lot. It works for me who don't have a routine. And I do trekking 3-4 times a year, even tho it's work related..

    If you want to properly lose weight than i recommend simply eating properly and go to the gym for a hour and you'll naturally lose weight. You cannot lose weight if you just go for a 20 minute run, technically yes but not if you're talking about ten kilo or so. Eating healthy plays one of the biggest role in getting into shape and losing weight. Ofc don't worry about lifting heavier, running fast or having some killer core, taking the first step of where you're getting into the habit is all you should worry about and the most important.

    My ex-husband had a super high metabolism, but when he was on the rowing team in college he said his legs got a lot more muscular, so maybe try a rowing machine.

    Or join a rowing team if you want something more social and you live near a river.

    Eat more cheeseburgers
    If you want to get more clean weight, i.e. muscle, it's pretty much just increasing your lean protein and carb/calorie count slightly, and exercise enough so you aren't in a calorie deficit.

    My main style is choy lay fut, but do other things to keep in shape. Like yoga, tai chi and kickboxing.

    I agree. I use to paddle a lot when I went out canoeing. But I’ll tell yeah my sides and back hurt like you wouldn’t believe.

    You want some extreme method to become healthy?
    Stop eating junk food
    Start fasting
    Become vegetarian
    Do long exercises that fits your current stamina
    Don't forget to do meditation
    You need to balance between body and mind to create a healthy life
    You may be able to awaken your spiritual sense if you reach the balance

    Ps : of course it's just my speculation about spiritual sense :blobcheeky:

    I go to the gym 3 times a week if I can and i usually listen to a podcast, sometimes music as well tho.

    Well if you are doing 5k run without stopping you are already quite fit.

    I dance for an hour or two a couple times a week. It's mostly not very fast or difficult, so I don't think it is enough actually. I think it mainly helps with flexibility or keeping a good range of motion. For some parts I move around as slow as I can (like how tai chi does? I haven't actually looked at tai chi so I'm not sure), focusing on staying balanced and going through the motions without trembling or rushing, sometimes waving my arms and one leg around while balancing on the ball of one foot. Other parts I just try to match the music. Other parts I try to never have my feet in one place more than a split second, like playing hot potato with the floor. And for a couple minutes at the end of the hour I try to keep pace with some crazy fast old trance music I found on YouTube long ago, by an artist called ZeroBass. I usually end up sweating after two or three songs of that :blobsweat_2: (which is how I know I'm not in shape enough...)
    I haven't really looked into how to exercise properly, I've just been making things up as I go, so I think I really need to do that. Lift weights or run or something...

    Work out scenario
    Before this month start: -
    Me: My resolution that from next month I will do exercise daily:confused: and have a healthy diet
    Day 1:-
    Definitely will do exercise for 2 hrs.:cool:
    After 10 min- I feel like sleeping, so tired will take 2 min rest.:notworthy:
    After a min: let's do extra time workout tomorrow (Day one failure):cry:
    Exercise & Diet::blobunamused::blobunamused:

    Day 2:-
    did workout for 10-15 min and felt tired:notlikeblob:
    Mom : brought you fav- snack:love: would you like to have some(Say bye-bye to diet):blobhighfive:
    Me: :oops::oops: just a little bit :blobwoah::blobwoah:
    Diet: :confused::confused: who is your maths teacher? you maniac(poor guessing at the intake volume),,:blobicecreamlove::blobicecreamlove::blobicecreamlove:, thats, not a little bit you jerk:mad:

    Day 3:-
    The same routine but had some extra snacks intake
    ' curse my stomach for craving food everytime'
    Me: Again they made tasty lunch and dinner:cry::cry::cry: (that's not fair)
    Day 4:-
    Me: wow found a new drama lets watch it till end...
    Wasted my day in laptop
    ME: did I forgot something ...... nah,,,
    Exercise: :mad::mad::mad: this jerk
    ...
    ..
    End of month:-
    Me : My resolution that from next month I will do exercise daily:confused: and have a healthy diet

    Too bad ...can't disappoint my stomach and mouth:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
    Exercise & Diet : :cool::cool:we are taking some vacation:whistle::whistle:, so find some novel to waste your time, and stop wasting time on us, you useless jerk.

    i weight lift
    bank pressing to be precise i do now about 35kg on each side with other exercises to keep balanced

    for the ignorant that's 35*2+20 (for the rod in the middle) = 90kg
    that's more then i weigh
    and now i'm think bank to when i started when i barely manged to do do 20kg in total
    i guess i start to get buff

    I'm guessing from your comment you always been having issues with gaining weight, thats fine since my body is also like that. Like i said, Eatting properly is a big part while also exercising, If the amount of calories you're eatting is apox. 2500, than if you add 500 everyday. Than you should gain a kilo every month. For me though, I'm a small guy and i was eatting 3500-4000 calories yet i was still maintaining my weight due to high metabolism. (Also cause i was running and swimming a lot at this point.) So there was two thing i could've done, I could've taken mass gainer and gain a lot of "healthy" Fat putting on a lot of weight than slowly workout losing those fat replacing them with muscles. But i taken the other way, since I was maintaining that weight, I decided to simply lift heavier and much more frequently, putting pound for pound of every muscles. twenty pounds of muscles took me a very long time, at least a year but it was pure muscles. Basically I started lifting instead of doing mostly cardio. Just eat all your meal everyday, having a good healthy meal with a good balance, add a protein shake and if you still need more than between each meal, eat a lot of peanut butter.
