He is good at controlling light! He was even able to create a solar eclipse! That means he is even able to controll the movement of the moon! This could be his mightiest trump card! Imagine the moon falling onto the boundary mountain range and Talosheim! (this was meant as a joke for those who didn't understood)
Also, he is trying to wipe out roughly half the sentient life (all Vida races) on the planet and he has maniacal loyal followers.
Well, I did say "a" main villain rather than "the" main villain but grammatically that's a bit problematic. I should have said a major villain I guess. That being said, it's possible that Alda could be the "last boss" as it were. It's been noted multiple times that Rodcorte is a total coward and also has no combat skills so he's unlikely to try to fight he way out of a problem (would attempt to flee instead). With regards to Bellwood, he's certainly good at fighting, and you could possibly imagine a scenario where Van and Bellwood fight with the result being that Bellwood is killed/eaten and then Alda surrenders... but actually, Alda has a secret weapon he doesn't even realise yet and I've not seen anyone comment on. It was noted in the recent chapters that Heinz instinctively realised that the combination of the light and life attributes was the best counter for the death attribute. And what attributes does Alda currently control? Light and life. So based on that subtle foreshadowing, Alda feels like the true "last boss" to me.
Wasn't it mentioned, that he trains Heinz so he can be used as a body for alda? Since Gods have no body and are thus greatly weakened like van in the last fight.
FUUUUUUUUUUDGE! It's nearly 2PM where I'm at. I'll have to wait till tomorrow for next chapter! Le sob... Siiiigh- at least I'll wake up to something nice tomorrow.
I sprained my ankle this week. At least there is good news for the week! How I wish I could get Lord Van-Sama to heal it! *Sigh*
Family game night, tonight, demon king putty, van edition, suitable for children 1 to 100,000 years old. not recommended for any sapient being with relatively normal thoughts or followers of alda / bellwood. I see people aspiring to become bee food, on the other hand, terrible news, the capital of the empire has not been bombed and the main temple of Alda is not on fire, many people lament that these icons of oppression remain until these days and somewhere dark a small nuclear device is still waiting for 100,000 years, a sad day for our empire.
