    I stretch 30 mins everyday, yoga 30 mins 3 days a week, weight training 30 mins 2 days a week. I also work at a dance studio so maybe an hour of salsa maybe 3 times a week. For my diet I like to load up on carbs in the morning and protein in the evening. I don’t try to stay away from anything really. If I want cake I eat cake. The most important thing to me is listening to my body. Making sure not to overeat or work out when I don’t feel well (during shark week).
