A practical person would opt for purposeful app/website. A creative person would opt for something functional while highly immersive/addictive. As someone who hates going outside, I'd like to be able to browse a restaurants' menu at the comfort of my own home before I decide whether it's worth it to go there. And so many businesses have shitty outdated websites where you can't even navigate properly or things are bugged out and some links don't work...
