This, obviously, is just a line displaying how different the path the MC makes is, and questions on whether the MC is actually changing the past is simultaneously raised due to some of these changes.

1.Cruel to enemies (several times I met very tender Chinese protagonists who do not know how to kill enemies - it was strange.)
2.There is a wife / lover - he fucks them. Not impotent, unlike many Japanese MCs in the harem genre.

 

Then, yes, the MC of Reaper of the Martial World is what you're looking for. There's a bit of leeway at the beginning, where the MC's too weak to kill his enemies, but later on, when he can, he'll either kill his enemies or use them against other enemies. And he does sleep with his wives more than once.
