Anyone else have problems reading ordinary female protagonist novels after reading the quick transmigration genre? I just can’t stand it anymore lol, all these female main characters appear so hypocritical for me now when they act depressed/wronged while they’re actually in fact the third wheel in the relationship.
then when you get into bl you start hating female quick trans then when you read too much bl quick trans, you start disliking bl novels with overpowered mc and start doubting your love for bl. or just me?
I diagnose ur illness as: Gaining a warped sense of judgement reading too many QT novels AND/OR Reading the wrong kind of ordinary female protag novels. P.S. I am a quack, tho.
Lmao, I gained the same sentiment reading novel which ridicule typical main character from cultivation novels. So much that I even becoming so selective in choosing novel that have MC not totally braindead
no because i don't read the genre. How about reading a bunch of stories with a good female lead. Like It's Not Easy to Be a Man After Travelling to the Future
It certainly makes you more critical of what you're reading. Like quickly determining the MC is braindead (always coming back for the abusive ML and forgiving him for everything while he treated her subhuman most of the time). Or psychotic MC's who end up killing lots of innocent people in the fray and brushing it off as them being unlucky for being at the wrong place in the wrong time. And so on xD. Also, QT doesn't drag the arcs, so it doesn't get boring midway while you're waiting for the villains to get their just desserts.

I never read this genre because I saw a lot review mc is either this type "Divine Doctor" or "Godly Assassin" and no other type also have black belly personality. The transmigration target usually have Noble or Prince as fiance and later the engagement will be cancelled.... well something like that
I have to say it is a point after reading QT novels you will find that female mc are not really likable and are selfish , I have read a few xuanhuan novel like dkc and other cultivation novel which made me realise that this mc are too arrogant and hyprocrites, I remember in DKC she was very proud that her mother who was some goddess had so many high standard peach blossoms and I have also notice her looking down on the master of ML who was also one of her mothers peach blossom. But I think you can try some light novels like assain farmer and my master disconect yet again they are the novel where I like MC They are not godly doctor, assain who crossed a waste and has unfaithful fiance, cold, ruthless and always finding new enemies or stealing other people's treasure a common hobbies of female mc.
