Are chinese ML really that attractive ??

I have read many chinese web novels where literally the ML's are portrayed as Greek Gods [ like really nobody can touch them ] They would be like most handsome , charismatic , their cold aura and you can never be near them ofcourse except FL . Is it realistic or justttt imagination ?? Does these kinda people really exist in China or wherever ?? Justttt curious because chinese webnovels exaggerate my imaginations so just guessed its based on some reality . No offense to any writers

 

I feel it's a trope. And normally, the ML has to be like that because otherwise, he'd count as a creepy stalker with the type of things they often do

 

And they r also about as mythical as said Gods. While beautiful and competent people exist everywhere, u could say the authors ramp-up perfection to somewhat unreachable levels; after all, imagination isn't easily limited.

 

It's just the author's fantasy of perfection.

When I read these types of stories I always end up thinking of a my brother and his group of friends.
They're like a collection of Chinese MLs if that makes sense. Like an anime boyband group? A group of ikemens? What I'm saying is that they're really popular and good looking and diverse; like, my brother is the glasses wearing cold smart type, there's also the funny and silly cute one(the one I get along with best, and by cute I don't mean girly, he's actually quite tall. He just looks...soft?), then the quiet one who's good at sports, and then the rich and stylish one, etc. Basically like a girl's wet dream.

...ahh, now that I think about it, I think those guys once were in love with the same girl. Haha, some lucky girl had herself a reverse harem full of the most popular guys in my whole school basically. (Apparently my brother won I believe, but I don't know if she tested the waters with everybody else before that or not...cause when you're that wanted, rumors circulate, and there are some unfavorable ones in there I don't know whether to believe or not. Also I was actually the least updated about their little romance in the whole school, I just didn't want to know about my brother's love life...but I still couldn't help picking up random tidbits since basically everybody else was zealously following them around.)
Also, "Could you introduce us to your brother, please?" - Every girl I ever conversed with in highschool.

 

Actually this can easily develop into a cliche situation.
Her actual beloved is different guy she is taking advantage of the popular boy group to propel their couple higher where these guys get taken advantage of. And of course jelouse girls get faceslapped. Jk
