By mistake I added a new chapter on my reading list as 'read', overwriting the last one. Is there any way to reverse this, or do I manually have to look through what chapter I'm really on? I'm somewhere between 100-200 chapters behind what my list currently says.

Manually tick the actual latest read. Sure hope it's still in your history.

I had done that once. It ended with me dropping the novel.

To my knowledge, you're doomed. This might be a good idea though for something for @Tony to work on though, an undo button

Gotta love it when it happens because big fingers and small mobile screen. It always happens to the novels that I'm currently stockpiling but have been too lazy to move to a not show reading list...

Tony is currently working for a fix for this, it would be either a confirmation button (will also solve the problem with clicked chapter not registered too) or reading history. As for when it will be finished, we only could wait.

That would be excellent. I was actually planning on making a suggestion thread, suggesting those very same ideas.

This makes me wonder how hard it is for others to just go and find the chapter they lost themselves, or by asking on the forum.

Most translations sites have table of contents that usually hold the chapter names, and usually book/arc names. Then there is also the fact you can quickly check through chapters and move on to another. Heck, I remember dealing with books and you loose your place, you have to search page by page. No jumping through chapters with a click, no scrolling, just turn page, turn page, turn 30 pages, turn 15 pages, find out you are in the wrong section and start over again...

Not to be mean, but for those that comment having to drop a series, this kind of feels extremely like 'first-world problem' for me....

That being said, an undo button would help for minor mistakes. Biggest one though is when I click on a chapter box to show that I read the chapter on newest release page, and instead click on a different series. It is annoying going back to reading list to search for it and remove the series.

Sometimes I pick up a series again after 6+ months break, and then I'm not too sure what exactly happened last, or what chapter I was on. With books, you don't really take more than a few days to finish, so even if you have to turn the pages, it's at least fresh in mind.

Also, great to hear it's being worked on.

Depends on the situation and person. So that is a big factor, to be true. I can go back to a book a year after and still recall where I left off at to a degree, as I can return to a light novel and kind of ascertain my last chapter a number of months down the line. So it may be a bit more subjective to the individual. My comment was more directed after reading that someone used it as an excuse to drop a series...
