It's just level up doesn't mean free stat point, and increasing even 1 stat point is quiet hard
And at certain treshold of stat point, mc got free skill, as far as I remember mc only tho..

 

You're basing your stats on the average for a human, right? Based on Google searches, I found that:

Average running speed: 100 meters over 27 seconds for men. 100 meters for 34 seconds for women.
Average bench press at 15 years old: ~30 kg for men(54 kg body weight). ~13 kg for women(52 kg body weight).
Average reaction time: 0.25 seconds for visual, 0.17 for auditory, 0.15 for touch.
Average healing time(for wounds): 6 to 8 weeks. (Varies with many factors.)

Good luck on your research, because writing a story requires a lot of it.

I will tell you right here right now that if you write things in large numbers, no one would have any clue about the 'epicness' of your scene. Instead, you should use common object and make a comparison.

Instead of writing "the weight of 1,000,000 tons came crushing onto him", use "the crushing weight akin to a mountain came crashing onto him".

 

Nothing that scary, more like weight of a truck, or maybe a small building, but thanks for the advice.
