Basically looking for a novel similar to world keeper in where the main protagonist is a god/mortal with god-like powers that creates a world/planet/galaxy/universe and manages it. Better if there’s no other higher being than him/her but if there are its fine.

Right, right ~ It has an amazing narration and entertaining stories of others not just the MC ~ plus it shows the point of view of the characters and they are not just hallow things that when they got mentioned they are forgotten ~
I really like the MC. I can relate to the desire to just sit and observe the stories around me. Also loli dragon Long lol.
You said it right ~ It's fun to follow the MC observe various intriguing phenomenon with his companion (miss maid) and how they slowly became a couple •-• hah
I love how natural their relationship is. Nothing in the entire novel ever feels forced or like a plot device.
