The ancient wall of China seemed to last till this century? I mean, if you want cheap but effective walls, you gotta do like how the ancients do.

 

How about a giant glass around?

 

in most places the maximum height that you can build is limited to about 2-3 meters, but if you build a fence on top of a wall you can surprass that limit cause each individual construction obey the law

Actually, they repaired the wall many times throughout the years. The recent repairs were apparently shoddy though.

 

Hey, I'm likely giving half-baked knowledge, so it's not completely false, but you should see the YouTube video about it. It works, we know that, but how to build it's layers, you need to research that. Don't forget, this is the cheapest, if you exclude the sales price for rice, wheat, and clay, unless you have these resources for free.

 

Well... it is ancient. Still, I like the ruined view of it. Gives off the archaic times, ya know. I like them ruins, shows how old humanity is.

 

And yet there are still roman walls around that look almost intact. It's quite sad really.
