    Hy i just finished top management and it end in half and drama is totally different from novel.
    Why.... Anybody knows?

    Wouldn’t it depend on how the drama director/ script writer interpret it? Most movies I’ve seen do not follow books they are based upon word for word... that’s why after watching it people think “I expected more/ etc”

    Are you talking about the live adaption? If so, the director/investors thought it would get better views that way... As in totally butcher the novel and fill it with standard Korean drama.

    As for the novel, the author went on hiatus. So it technically isn't "finished".

    I think he's saying that the novel is being stopped halfway and since the drama was a totally different story we can't infer the ending from that

    Not a follower but I'm going with censor-axe since it's chinese.

    Edit: They've ruined many a novel with this reason.
