I’m looking for female protagonist novels where she breaks up with her scum ex boyfriend/husband and essentially they regret. Doesn’t have to be main plot line would prefer novels where she doesn’t just ditch her ex to later be harassed into a relationship with a cold/dominating/possessive/obsessive/mysophobic golden-thigh CEO/Hidden-Big-Boss. it’s pretty rare to find a divorce CN novel when the MC is female so I’m open to any recs with that. I like transmigration stories but it’s also interesting to see rebirth like Mei Gongqing (awesome story, she pursues the life she wants with a rare determination) - I just like MCs who are smart and plan and scheme to achieve their goal. I like the ruthless and determined MCs that usually have a clear goal throughout the novel. I do enjoy kingdom-building and management novels too so I’m fine with the genre not mainly being romance. so far I’ve mostly found BL with this kind of storylines and they sometimes go back to the scum anyways like Quickly wear the Face Of the Devil - he does go find his true love but he deals with a lot of the plot by himself, not himself. And he is pretty ruthless to his lover if the lover wrongs him. Face slapping the Slag Gong System Fanfic of Scum Villian: AO3 I Wish You Were My Husband by Feynite - I absolutely love this story. Also Fairy Gav’s discord has an awesome fic of a fic for fail!yue Dreamer in a Spring Boudoir - mixed feelings. I liked the beginning and how she stood firm on her principles but she still ended up with reformed-scum bag husband. PS: sorry problems posting links

I've read the all other recs ^__^ Don’t Pick Up Boyfriends From the Trash Bin is great MC is actually a really nice guy, the Lord God seems evil. The revelation about the contract and hosts gave me shivers. @rosyprimrose : yeah, I think so? She does ditch that scum fiancee. Empress Running Away with the Ball is one of my fav novels. @Hotato : I think Sinister Ex-Girlfriend is great Lol ^__^ Su Wan kinda bullies poor Su Rui. Every Vicious Woman Needs a Loyal Man is more like she bullies her evil sister and finally gets together with poor ML who is so incredibly nice to her. Kinda like QWTFOTD
