    Hello fellow readers and writers.

    I am looking for dark fantasy books that you feel the author really did the right way. I want to find works where the author doesnt come off as an edgy teen.
    There are some novels that make you cringe when the author tries to create a sadistic character.

    Not an expert in the Gore genre, but I did liked the works of Darren Shan.

    Fremd Torturchen ( You can read Manga as the novel's release is dead and it's only 2 volumes translated. )

    I heard that Tale of an Edible Girl is also good, but have not read it yet.
    Also this The Pygmalion Is Planting Seeds too.

    There aren't really that many novels that do the dark fantasy genre that well without making the character a bit edgy. Nevertheless the one novel that I know that does it relatively well is...

    Well when you put it like that you are right. It really is the greatest novel about chests I've ever seen. Everyone knows that noone can resist a nice large chest. It is just impossible to keep your hands off of a huge chest no matter the dangers. And this one has the chestiest chest to ever chest.

    That novel is shit, the main character builds up his abilities for god knows how many chapters and then suddenly some ballbag the author thinks is cool comes whooshing in with that hoe, and they take away all those cool abilities.

    Bull fucking shit!

    And then some deus ex machina chaos god comes along and says, "Do this thing I want you to do and I'll return all your abilities."

    Dropped the novel right there.

    That novel can go choke on a donkey.
