:cookie::cookie::cookie: This poll is totally random and is filled with rotteness.

Today is Sunday November 3rd, 2019.

You go to bed tonight, and for some reason when you wake up, the day repeated itself again.

At midnight, the entire world (except for you) rewinds 24 hours, and you have to repeat it.

After repeating it enough times, you obtain the divine enlightenment from author-sama that there is in fact a way out of this time prison. Specifically, there is one person on Earth who is the key to the time loop, and that person is the most important mortal person in the Universe.

If you manage to find this "most important person" and grant them their wish, the time loop will finally end, and you will escape from this eternity of repeating time.

Note: The "most important person" is not Haruhi Suzumiya.

Note 2: Author-sama reassures you that this task is indeed achievable within the timespan of 24 hours (it's not impossible).

    1. How many times could you repeat today before you go crazy?

    2. Would you even bother looking for the "Most Important Person"? If you did, how long do you think it would take to find them? Would you have a strategy for finding them?

    3. Could you enjoy life repeating the same day over and over? What would you do? How would you spend your time?

    4. If you were the "Most Important Person" in the Universe who is inadvertently causing someone to experience a time loop, what is your "wish"?

    1. Trillion times since every single day I just stay in my room except if there's no class.
    2. Too f*cking lazy to find one.
    3. Definitely read every single novel, watch every porn and literally just sleep all day.
    4. To be able to sleep anytime I want.

Until I saw Note 1, I was definitely going to go hunt down Haruhi.

I think my answer to most of the questions is “no clue.”

Omg this would be perfect. I mean, it's a shame that I wouldn't be able to get a hold of new chapters for novels I'm following, see unreleased movies or TV episodes, or play unreleased video games. Yeah. Sucks. But on the other hand, I get to repeat this single 24-hour period over and over and over again? I could catch up on literally everything. I could play all the games in my backlog (though probably not complete them... can we do 48 hours?) ... I could read all the novels in my backlog. God there are so many of those. I could watch everything in my backlog. I could donate all my money to the @Get Tony To Tease Parth Fund without regrets. I could take short vacations to wherever I wanted without permanently losing money. I could spend time learning new things (after I got bored enough to seriously consider that as an option). I could SLEEP. Uninterrupted. For years! ... Oh, sure. I'd eventually maybe think of investigating this wish thing. But only so that I knew how to end the loop when I finally felt like doing so.

Probably never. I mean, this is functional immortality we're talking about here. I wouldn't give that up at all unless I was sure I could maintain it some other way. Which, after a few dozen lifetimes, maybe I would be able to.

An interesting question, a needle in a haystack... but not only must you sort through the haystack you must take enough time to closely examine each piece of hay and care for it... metaphorically.

You would need to interact with everyone you can come across within 24 hours which in today's age would be a majority of the earths population at the very least. Given you've no clues you can not easily dismiss anyone until you grant their wish. Assuming you don't get lucky off the bat you would spend an inordinate amount of time meeting people and learning enough to grant people's wishes. The mere act of pursuing this most important person would take so much time it's impossible to guess at.

You would become expert in many fields... the most of which would be on your fellow man. This is only if you pursued freedom, not even taking into account what you would wish to pursue with your own pseudo-immortality.

    1. Unsure given the unknown amount of time the task would take and the things you would have to do... some wishes could be downright evil... but you'd have to grant it just to know.

    2. Yes, I'd search. What strategy could there be... it could be a beggar on the street for all you know. Gotta check em all.

    3. Perhaps... assuming i have the means to actually travel where i want. See the world, every nook and cranny.

    4. No clue. Perhaps immortality.

i'll be fine if they can make it so that i can bring my game safe file with me to be unaffected by the time loop.

but then again i can't read my daily novelupdates so maybe i will be insane fast. maybe i'll finish reading mother of learning first if that is the case.

tho the question is what happen if we died in the time loop. i suppose we will just start over the day cuz there are many inconvience if we has to complete the task with the fear of dying lingering about.

but then again some people said that fear of death is a proof that you are alive.

I won’t bother looking for this person yet.

First I’m gna learn as many languages as I can.

Second I’m going to travel wherever I want.

Third I’ll drink all the coffee around the world. (Except that one which comes out the in the shit of that animal which I can’t remember).

Fourth I’ll probably do a bunch of other random stuff.

Fifth I’ll start looking for this person I guess.

Sixth I’ll definitely get lost for a bit. Cos it’s fun to get lost.

Seventh I’ll get lazy and do nothing. I’m surprised I got so far before I got lazy.

Eighth after first, second and third I think I’m going too far. I should have used numbered bullet points.

Ninth I feel like I’m forgetting something very obvious

Tenth after looking all over the place for this person I’ll probably end up finding them real close.

I dunno how long it would take but I’m sure I’ll have a blast. At the end of it all I can become a translator and have fun messing with the readers by leaving them hanging off cliffs~

I might go hunt down Kyon....if I wasn't too unmotivated to even leave the house most days.
let's see; the groceries and all would renew every day and I'd never have to pay a bill/rent again. Yeah, I would probably just stay in the time-loop for a while.

I 90% agree with your wish list. I’d also do whole bunch of things I always wished I could and then some million years later look for that person.
Most likely I’d meet that person sooner as if you actually move about for a hundred years you’ll probably meet unintentionally.

I just hope I wouldn’t accidentally grant their wish before I complete my own bucket list...

    1) No idea.
    2) Yes, but not right away. For a time I would probably fulfill some dark fantasies and learn what I can after I got tired of that I would go searching.
    3) Yes, to a point. Learn everything that I can for when the repeat ends. If I get bored fulfill some dark fantasies of mine.
    4) No idea. I have a few wishes but few of them could be completed in a single day.
    A few questions
Does the person repeating the day stay where they are when the reset happens or are they automatically sent to a reset point?
Is there a way of telling the MIP from others?

:blobsweat_2::blobsweat_2::blobsweat_2: I'm slightly curious -- if you've brave, would you be willing to PM?

I think the conventional time loop also rewinds people back to where they were 24 hours ago.

And I dunno about the MIP!

I haven't really thought about what the result of the suicide/death option should be!

Yeah, the evil wishes would be freaky!

I'm unsure how I would feel when it occurred to me that in order to be thorough in the searching process... it would probably be necessary to do some very dark things........
