This is general recruitment thread for Asada Translations. We will regularly post updates here for jobs which are needed.

Jobs:
There are various jobs for which you can apply.

#Translator
The classic job of translating the novels. We are accepting translators for all languages, Chinese , Japanese and Korean. The site will be responsible for Choosing the novel for you, Editing, Proofreading and publishing. You will be prohibited from taking donations. This job is a paid job so you will be provided some cash per chapter. The pay will increase depending upon experience, quality, determination and speed. We are willing to accept new translators who lack experience or good experienced MTLers. The Minimum chapters(2000 words English length) which we can accept per week is 4 but recommended 5. Less pay for less weekly chapters.

Note: Only Hiring Korean and Japanese Translators for now

#Editor
Your job will be to fix various grammatical errors in the translations by the translator. You will most probably need to do the editing simultaneously with the translations with the help of Google Docs. Proficiency in English is must for this job. We usually prefer for this job to be voluntary job but in some cases the pay can be negotiated. If you have some knowledge of the source language and experience then you can be easily paid.

Yup. It can be discussed. I will depend upon the novel which you will be editing.

 

We currently do not need any editors for the time being.

Yup you can still apply but it wont be paid but you will get the share of the revenue.
