    Well guys good to know how you all feel about selfcest but, what if there is a other Gender self of you and you ARE NOT into Selfcest? what if a Male/Female version of you goes around and does it with someone with the same Gender as you and you know it? How does it feel for you?

    ...isn't that saying Gudao and Gudako should not fuck because they are the same person? Kinda true in a perspective. But then you recall them being GB of Shirou and Rin, and everything is fine again.

    in the one story I read in this genre I was more creeped out by the mc making out (and getting off) with their own image in the mirror than I was when they fell in love with an alternate self.

    I suggest you all read a short story by Robert Heinlein called " - All You Zombies - "

    Usually I'm not into self-cest at all but the sci-fi elements made it interesting enough read.

    Heinlein's known for his kinky ideas about polyamory/group marriage/incest though,, if you read any of his other stuff like The Moon is a Harsh Mistress or any of the Lazarus Long stories.

    I think only narcissists would enjoy the experience. I feel weird reading it, or more like, I have no desire to read it. It fails to get me interested, it seems boring. I would be extremely bored in this situation and wouldn't bother trying to date me. Absolutely no excitement in the relationship dynamics. Except for porn, cause I don't get invested in it and I couldn't care less. I did like the movie Predestination for its WTF factor, but I wouldn't read it in a romance novel.
