If there was a way to make everyone's period happen on the same day I could see a period day law, furthermore a culture that handles and monetize it but until then nope.

You could argue that arbitrarily having a two-day vacation every week is counter to the objective of human productivity. Humans only need one day vacations every week!
What @Green Apple said. Just think of it like diarrhea.. gross analogy but an example that is relatable to everyone.. When you have a diarrhea, it's imminent. It will come out. But you can somewhat tighten your butt to hold it in for a little bit.
It would still be a problem. The pain/bleeding comes from the production of sperm, not the buildup of it.

I was talking about the male genital.. not the period it self. Male can stop their pee in the middle and continue at will.. that means we can somewhat hold it.

If the odd occurrence/situation you hypothetically stated is possible then men need to overcome issues which are mood swings, irritability, cramping, bleeding, etc.., As for the possibilities of having menstruation cycle in males is completely void . The nature of spermatogenesis and differentiation need to be questioned and while tissues like myometrium (vascular tissue) is holding a supportive role in maintainence of possible pregnancy. If there's no fertilization it's lead to rupture I'll have to take hormone in consideration. Yes, but one day felt like the most politically tenable option. Not everyone experiences much pain, so if it something that everyone can take — then it felt most fair this way.

It used to be common for women to have rarely or no period at all, will men also have to the possibility of avoiding menstruation by pregnancy?
Menstruation cycle = to throw away the unused old ovum. I imagine it.. If it is period cycle for men.. Doesn't it mean everytime they have too much sperm, the body will start cramping to throw it away?? When the body want to throw it away, rather than pent up it will feel like period, cramp, mood swing, and hell..., Like feeling being ripped apart, stabbed. .....to throw it all the pent up of it it hurts like hell rather than pleasure..
