I drive, and do my best not to run people over till I feel better... that being said, I have yet to run anyone over so guess something has been working out xD On that note, I just got back from a 10+ hour drive to the coast and back. I also found a new favorite road to drive, sadly it's 3 hours away from where I'm living atm. Was able to empty my head on 20ish miles of switchbacks and hairpin corners, best of all it had been newly paved within the last couple years so was nice and smooth.
That wouldn't be an issue. After all, you don't normally choose what dreams you get. If your brain thinks you're backed up and needs to pump out some babymaking seed, it will do so and you will thank it for giving you a hand.
I usually just close my eyes and do breathing exercises to calm down, go out to clear your head if it's not too cold or raining, get some sunshine if you can, visualize what you need to do or what to do, don't try to do everything at the same time though or think about it all at the same time, that just creates more confusion and stress, one problem at a time.
Well I read novels or comics that i like or mostly I know they can cheer me up in some ways lol , or I'll just draw I mean you better do what you like if you are stressed and don't let things get twisted in your mind stay clear minded so you'll not suffer another layer of stress . Good luck and I'm doing so so as I also bad at managing my time fufufufu
