I always thought that when one day i retire i want to build something like Godly stay at home stories land. Except i also want a cottage .Fields , a pond , lots of dogs and cats ,fish and if i am not single then a cute daughter and a pretty wife.(not a son they take too much of mom's attention.)

 

A modern mansion will be amazing in a mountainous area.

 

Personally, if the land faced the sun for most of the day, I would build a solar farm. That shit pays for itself in just a few years and you never need worry about running out of power to run the AC and the water jets in the pool. Best part about it is once its paid off, you can sell the power to the electric company and you can semi-retired, or just use the earnings to fund playtime.

idk what to do with that much land but like wick says, you can keep the land and sell it later for higher price
but be careful and check, make sure the land don't have invisible mines on it (like its actually federal property not for sale for public, or maybe a certain aboriginal tribe has it and they come to stay on that land every 2-3 year(this really happened to my univ. professor friend, he already paid using the loan he got from bank, then the seller escapes))

 

Maybe it'll become three wives if @Ai chan can convince him and Waiwai to let Iris join the harem.
