Why does chinese translation of a**h*le translate to chrysanthemum?

 

This is one of those questions you may regret asking. You've just opened the floodgates to a potential lifetime of mentally scarring images and explanations. Also, maybe make your post title a little more relevant and less ambiguous.

 

It's flowery language- literally.

A romanticized, refined, euphemistic way of calling what is essentially the shit floodgate (cuz they look similar). Blame BL.

i dont think any other country/culture/people have called the asshole a chrysanthemum but its like how the US used to call the penis a wang

which also makes no sense

 

You should also question the words like: 'joystick', 'weenie', 'hot dog', etc.

 

the question is women have that "flower" too but i think i never see novel that descript that part on a woman with the flower names
and instead using something more direct, like backdoor or rear side
