Depends on the person. Some are nice, some are not. (I don't have a hand or foot fetish - I evaluate on a case-by-case basis.) My fingers and toes are good. I have a good balance between form/function and length/thickness. Loli fingers and toes are better - Cute things always win. Then again, everything is relative... Loli headpats trumps all.
I have beautiful fingers, but that's cause I'm a violinist so I've been taking care of my hands a lot since I was young. But compared to that, my feet are genetically really beautiful. Sometimes I feel that my feet are the only part of my body that can be considered perfect...which is a shame. I'd have loved it if it was something else, like my hands or my face. lol If I had to have one part of my body be perfect, it shouldn't have had to be my feet which are most of the time hidden away. (Also, being the unathletic person I am, I don't even use my feet much. lol) But who knows, maybe I'll find someone with a foot fetish...but no, I find people with foot fetishes creepy.

No, you never had dirt in your fingernails before? I meant it exactly like that, but the dirt is stuck on the sides, the overlapping skin somehow pushes the dirt inside, its probably due to bad nail clipping back when I was younger so the dirt somehow gets in coz my nail is loose. You do understand right? If you dont then try pushing something a bit into your nail then that loose part left behind is what I meant.
My fingers are not as long as I would like but they are ok, my nails are trash though. Ironically I like my feet but they look ugly in pictures.
