So, I'm writing on Scribble Hub a novel called "Who cares about an Isekai? Surely not me!" I decided to launch a Kickstarter to print it and finance the artwork and editing. I still don't know if it was a good thing or not, I guess I'll see in 25 days. Anyways, I have 3 artworks so far and they are DOPE! This is not the cover, just the banner for the Kickstarter. 1st draft of the MC, Ran. Colour test Thoughts and prayers?
It's amazing. The banner looks like something that came out of BotW but the caravan.. really gives the impression of adventuring the wilds. It's nice. Immediately thought of Detectice Conan Ran, however I really loved the expressions that were shown for her. The armors and colour scheme looks quite out of place compared to the caravan, but that may be because of the plot of some worldbuilding for your novel.. shes also cute.
As far i can say the artwork looks pretty nice and *interesting*. Well i will also check your work later and good luck Also sorry that i cant back you up as i have no money even for myself (right now I'm a student)
The artwork is good but 40ish chapters seems to be jumping the gun a little to me, unless you're coming up on the end? I haven't read your story.
I will have 40 chapters on Scribbles, but I've already started the rewriting. It should be around 80k words. I use the light novel format, so shorter than a regular book but, with illustrations inside. I'm also spending more time on descriptions and getting rid of plot holes here and there. There will be fewer chapters in the LN because I will combine 2 or 3 online chapters together.
Nope. A friend of mine did it. He's really goodand he's taking commission if you ever want some artwork from him
An anime? Good luck with that! It would be pretty cool to see one for an original English story for a change.
Hey, what's your friend's site? Got a place where you can lay down commissions? Edit: Love the artwork. I'll check out your novel while I'm at it
