[Poll] Do you get along better with boys or girls?

I also only interact with girls and very rarely with guys because I just feel more comfortable with them and I will more or less usually share the same interests as them. I do get jealous of people who have an equal amount of both gender of friends though cuz it seems like they're really great people to socialise with.

I grew up with 4 brothers and my dad, no mom, no sister. the one fight I got into with another girl in school (seventh grade) I punched instead of pulling hair or slapping and all the girls avoided me after that. guys I understand, other girls? not so much

I don't mind either as long as it's someone who shares my opinions and interests

Females, coz honestly, the guys i know give bad advice.

I had a guy friend in elementary, who pushed me into a swimming pool and i almost drowned. Caused me to have a fear of men for some time. Mostly went back to having guy friends by middle school, but blame my conservative school for snitching to my parents and forcing me to stuck with girls, who I then made friends with. The guys never spoke to me again. The girls say it was puberty lol (and I thought everyone thought of me as a guy in a girl's body welp)

Depends. How well i am with another person doesn't factor in gender, but how long we've known each other and overlapping interest. Gender mostly play a part in which topics we can talk about and the limit of a joke i can dish out.
Some issues are easy to talk to another dude, but some are easier with girls.
But if push comes to shove, i have to say i'm closer to dudes. I have 4 bros whom i met almost 10 years ago and still close now. And we pretty much knows mostly about each other.
I have 2 closest female friends growing up, but after they got married, not as close we used to be.

The question is problematic, for example I usually get along well with females because they act in more moderate way (it can be that since I'm slightly handsome they treat me better, people can be very superficial) , sometimes with guys they act like fcking gorillaz/chimpanzees for some reason and they have the need to prove themselves or act like some sort of alfa male if there are girls around, the same guy in a different situation with no girls around can also be totally different and be someone that acts in civilized way, someone who is nice etc etc.
But sometimes I feel that I get along better with males since with girls there can be situations in wich we can't understand each other because sex differences and the conversations stagnate or turn tense or awkward, also sometimes the friendship with females don't last long since there will be sexual tension in some moment if I find the girl pretty and the girl in question find me to be handsome, things just get awkward as hell and not everyone can be mature enough to deal with those situations, same can happen with some dudes that swing to both sides or are gay even if they understand that im hetero things can get awkward in some situations.
Also in other situations girls can be problematic, for example I talked to girl A in a class because x reason, I find her to be nice so I keep talking to her, in other class I talked to girl B because we needed to do a group thing and I also finded her to be nice and decent person, next time I talked to girl A she is upset because I talked with a girl of a opposite clique (girl B)... They hate each other and I just can't get along with both...
Same can happen with guys.
The question is problematic because it depends on the person and his maturity and my standards of whats good and bad so I can get along with the said person, it depends more in that to whether he is male or female since there are assholes everywhere.

- I do get along with both but more on boys since Anxiety always kicks in whenever I talk to girls more than what is necessary

- More boys but I usually grow distant from them that within a year of not talking to them, I will just try to ignore them since I have nothing to do with them anymore.

- Although I have friends, I actually prefer to be alone since it's too troublesome to interact with them.

- I trust no one. Even if I know I will die tomorrow, I'll just keep it to myself.

- It's too troublesome to interact with them. I'm not a talkative person so being alone is better than stressing myself to think about topics just to keep the conversation going.

I realized that theres no need to force myself to like someone based off their gender when I shold be judging them off their character or maybe its cause I like kissin homies
