[KPOP NEWS] Another idol found dead

It's official. 2019 has been a sad year. The kpop world has lost yet another beautiful soul. First, they took away Jonghyun from us. Then, it was Sulli just until recently. Now, Goo-Hara, an iconic member of the group KARA has been found dead just today. The reason is still yet to be released, however, I sincerely hope it was not another case of mental health. We've already lost too many wonderful people to that vile disease of depression. May Goo-Hara's soul rest in peace and the rest of 2019 pass without any more unfortunate news.

I would probably kill myself as well if I ever become kpop, the amount of stress from training as well as the pressure from being in the spotlight every time not to mention being in the entertainment industry as a female as there are a lot of shady things from there (noticed how there's lack of male suicide stars).

 

I'm honestly not sure what's a more crapsack industry for people between JP idols (crazy obsessed and sometimes violent fans) or KR idols with stuff like this.

 

Honestly, I haven't found any violent fans for JP idols as most of them just like waving their glowing sticks, but when you try to say any bad things to Kpop idols, Literally "almost" every girl will go apeshit on you for disrespecting their god, like JB fans.

 

Not only that, let's not forget sasaeng fans who are crazy enough to do sick and disgusting things to idols to gain their attention in any way possible. Bless these young people for having the mental fortitude to go through all that.

Goo-Hara was another kpop star who was hated on and cyber-bullied a lot, especially after the scandal with her ex boyfriend which lead to her company cutting her contract because she lost her "pure" image. she was also really good friends with Sulli and not dealing well with her death.
I've never paid much attention to jpop fans but Korean kpop fans/ knetz are toxic and the antis are worse (actual attempted murder in a couple of cases, lots of death threats), and most idols get zero protection or help from their companies.

Korean people killed her. Fans and haters are so scary and immature. They are crazy and mental retard. Moreover companies treated K-idol as slave.

 

There have been a few physical attacks over the years including stabbing and other violent attacks. That's on top of the sick psychologically damaging shit that's been pulled, including obsessed fans putting their own semen on their hands at handshake events.

After a quick google search, i can see sasaengs are just as bad for K-pop.

When you are faced with fat ugly bastards the likes of which you can find on doujins and such, one will also feel like committing suicide.

I am not kpop fan or anyone’s fan. It’s so sad too see young beautiful ladies die. I wish Korean grow up mature and intelligent. They should not treated their celebrities like trash. They should praise and admire them. Korean people should stop believe in fake rumor. They are too blind, narrow mind, judge fast. They are willing to believe fake rumor over true. They forget that celebrities are like human, have feeling and emotions. They even trying destroy other celebrities cause they wanted their biases win.
I think haters come from of biased and jealous.

 

I don't think that we could narrow the cause to strictly "korean people" or "korean fans". The late star have a steady basis of fans and haters from outside of korea, too. Perhaps fans and people in general would be more accurate?
