Usually in those cases after feeling awful for a while I force myself to sleep. My mind seems to go through like a soft reset doing that. I remember the events that caused me to feel bad however the emotions seem be lost from the event as I remember it.

When you have a sht life, everyone you care dies and indirectly blames you, having multiple diseases(Physically, Mentally and Emotionally), you are a tortured soul, committing suicide is harder than living, everything is against you, and you can see all the scariest things even a monk would break down....

Well, like my mom always say, no matter what happens, keep smiling and even you break down alot, just smile to make the pain go away. Plus, little things can always cheer you up.

I think the best way is to talk to someone. Proven and tested...
In my case, I share my despair with my friend and in the end, he suffers and I'll feel refresh. It's like giving him my illness...

Escapism! Read novel, play games, watch movies while pushing those thoughts far far away to the back of ur mind.... and binge eating... sugar rush helps u not dwell on the sad.

Not healthy examples dont do them.

break down, mostly likely at 2a.m listening to music.
When I'm done crying I chug some energy drinks with whipped cream on it and then forge ahead. If I broke down for no reason I'll spend the rest of that morning looking through things to read while sniffling and listening to some comforting music <-<

I wait, possibly by sleeping, sometimes by just chilling with a cat. After while I forget my problems and move on.
