You were dating somebody you really liked, but one day they tell you they have a secret they need to tell you. It's a big secret, so they seem very nervous and worried.

They tell you that are actually a man-eating dragon (currently with a human form).

Furthermore, you look really tasty to them. Actually they were mainly attracted to you at first because they wanted to eat you. However, over time they discovered they really liked your personality and fell in love with you instead.

Currently, the two of your have been dating for 9 months, and your chemistry together is amazing.

Anyhow, your significant other tells you they really can't hold it back any longer, and they really want to eat you. However, killing you is bad, so they only want to take a piece... maybe one a month?

This is how it will work:

1. Tell your SO which body part you're okay with them eating.

2. Numbing (or sleeping) magic will be applied so you don't feel the pain.

3. Your SO will... take a bite and gnaw it off.

4. They will magically seal the wound so it doesn't bleed or get infected.

5. They will apply healing magic so it slowly grows back over a month.

6. They will apply other magic so you can still move and function normally.

The piece they take should be a minimum size of about an apple. Blood or hair or nails alone are not sufficient to satisfy them.

They will avoid any critical or fatal injuries. The healing magic is very powerful so it can regrow flesh, bone, nerves, or just about anything.

Your lover is pretty amazing aside from this, and they're willing to do most other things together with you. If you have any personal requests as a condition, they are probably fine with it. They are willing to get married with you as a human and live their life as a human. Having kids probably won't be possible, and for various reasons there are dragon secrets they can't share with you (you can't learn dragon magic or get other dragon powers or get your lifespan extended).

If you refuse, they will break up with you and erase your memories so that you won't remember that they are a dragon.

Well, that's... Pretty gross and repulsive. It's great to be dating a dragon, and I'd be tempted to go on dating them, but... Nope, I can't deal with body horror. Even if it's just a piece of my foot or something, I'd be puking for the rest of my life. Regretfully, we have to break up.

Besides, does that mean that they're eating humans other than just little bits of me? I can't be staying with a serial killer.

1) if I really loved this dragon then yeah.

My knowledge of biology isn't very good, so I don't know if there's somewhere you can take an apple sized bite and there be no repercussion. I'd imagine taking that much out of a limb would stop the whole thing from working and from the torso would hit a vital organ.

I'd probably pick my right foot and then use a prosthetic. At least that way my body is semi functional.

In terms of conditions on being eaten, I'd just say that I have to be asleep for it and that I reserve the right to refuse whenever I want in the future ]

3) "bad" is a word that is hard to define. Is someone bad because their actions harm people or because they intend to harm people? What if they intend to harm people for some greater moral principle? What if someone is doing bad things because they were set on that path by other people or circumstances out of their control?

I think good and evil are stupid classifications in a world where not everything is black and white.

4) this is a tough call. We've been dating for 9 months, which is a long time to date someone but a short amount of time to base the rest of my life on...

I think it depends on my relationship with the Dragon. If we're at a point where I can tell she's waifu material then I think I would probably join her.

5) It really depends on my family's opinion on dragons. I'd probably gauge their opinions and try to convince them that (at least some) dragons are alright.

Only after I'm sure they're convinced would I tell them. I don't want my family members snitching on me to the anti-dragon Gestapo

 

No. They approach me just so that they can eat me and now they are “attracted by my personality”. As if I'll believe that. That sounds like a shoujo manga. Even if I did let them eat me one day they may get tired of holding back and what then.

I would need to be crazily in love to agree to this. No.
