Sailor Moon was the first anime I watched knowing it was anime. But I’d been watching Speed Racer and G-Force and My Neighbor Totoro long before that.
Hmm, Pokemon, Naruto, Ranma and Inuyasha were some of the first ones I watched. I recall Keroro Gunsou too. Nostalgy, however... almost everything I once liked hasn't been able to survive the test of time.

One that’s an anime but I never watched because I read the manga is A World Only God Knows There’s Fairy Tail (it’s cheesy but I love it) Fruit Basket A Silent Voice (which is fairly new but I love it) Ascendence Of A Bookworm (now an anime but I originally read the novel) There’s also a few more but honestly I forget most of the old ones until I accidentally see them again
