Hi all, I'm looking for the title of a certain anime. I remember that the FL was a diminutive girl with long blonde hair, solved mysteries, and enjoyed sweets. She lived in a library/tower. The ML is a boy from Japan, who accompanies her as she solves mysteries. The FL's bro is a dandy detective, who's actually kinda useless. Thank you!
