Recommendations Looking for a novel with a female lead and the following tags

And those tags are:

#1. Hiding true abilities

#2. Martial arts

#3. Return to the past

#4. Revenge

Basically, I am looking for a novel like Return of the Female Knight. You know, where the female lead died and went back in time and then started following the path of revenge.

I know there are lots of Chinese novels that fit this description. But they are either missing the martial arts tag or the hiding true abilities tag. The female lead I am looking for must be someone who had nothing to do with martial arts in her previous life and only just started practicing in her second life. Ideally, her position in her previous life must be such that no one would think she could ever do martial arts.

Like that female knight in Return of the Female Knight. She's a typically weak ojou-sama in her previous life and only started doing martial arts after her family was wiped out. So when she returned to the past to redo her life, her family members knew nothing about her newfound martial prowess.

No. Definitely not Tales of Demons and Gods.

It's a story with a male lead, not female. And the male lead originally belonged to an academy that taught martial arts. Sure, he got more powerful during his second life, but he was never in a position where everyone thought he was too weak to even do push-ups or hold a sword.

Not quite martial arts but I think it's close enough. It's great in everything except the ML but if you like this genre then I guess it wouldn't bother you that much. (not for me though since I dropped it during the arc where it focused on the ML. It was so much of a shame to drop that novel that to this day, I still keep on searching for that female mc novel with a decent ML....)

 

And if she went to the future instead?

 

That would be fine, as long as the other tags are present and as long as the story fits my description.
