If she hadn't saved ML, Yang Sitong wouldn't have become ML's fiancee, forcing her to bully MC's sister which ended up causing MC's sister to be in a coma and MC's parents to die. I'm actually annoyed that MC fell into Yang Sitong's trap. Like the reasoning is so ridiculous. I can't believe MC agreed that it was her fault.
