Why is the forum so loud~?

It's actually a quiet period since most people are busy with end of year stuff.

There were a bunch of roleplay games active a while back but right now the wells quite dry

 

If @AliceShiki would update Adventurer's Guild.....also, @binarysoap is free to look through my rpg Annals of the Alliance (ALPHA). It's in the ALPHA stage so there might be quite a few unforeseen issues. It also requires a Discord account to do dice rolls. But combat is mainly in forums.

 

Given the size of the forum, it is not too surprising it is very loud or active.

You cant even have capital letters in tags, let alone a url.

 

It usually gets quiet this time of the year here....I like to think that people are out being humans...hanging out with family and friends, having adventures, falling in and out of love, getting lots of presents or working during the holidays, drinking themselves blind....all sorts of things. \o/

 

I don't know if this count but in my case, I logged because it's nearing Xmas and I know I won't log again until May next year or so~

The official ones are Adventurer's guild and some stuff, but you can technically start rping anywhere. They are usually community games thread.

You can create your own Rp thread too. There are a lot if roleplay threads, but many of us rp just randomly about anywhere...

I believe nuf had the highest rate of activity in it's initial years unlike sh

But still I managed to get in the top lists in terms of activity WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE ME! I am still waiting for the next notable member who joined after me

 

Doesn't this mean all of the forum is my RP thread excluding the very serious ones?

 

I'm not even getting much... like 1 or 2 or none at all...

Yes, most of the time I'm here. The rest is me genuinely pissed off or asking help for something.

Honestly, you don't need to be everywhere to see everything, though. I just stay in the Yuri Garden, General Section, and whatever blogs, profile posts or events people call me to or people I follow post. Some people prefer staying in the Spoilers section, some just in the quiet clubs...
It's like a big city where you have complete freedom to choose your hang-out spots.

As for tags: they make it easier to search threads. If I search "yuri", every thread tagged "yuri" will show up even if the word isn't explicitly said in the posts. It's super useful.
You can also mark threads as "no hijack" in tags to indicate that you want a thread to be on-topic, with consequences for those who derail. That's why reading tags is important~!
But they're used for jokes and asides in the General section too.

 

lol, after the tutorial raid for my game, I had more than 20 notifications in about an hour.
