I kinda remember a twins-paintings-art contest arc. The ml had dual personality. ML's family members were killed in front of his eyes when he was a child, the trauma bred a second personality, totally black. OrgMC was actually a dancer but seeing his boyfriend doing his twin in their house, a fight happened and the boyfriend pushed him out of window. OrgMC's leg terribly broken, surgery couldn't fix, his dance career finished. His twin was painter. I don't remember what happened after that in original timeline. But world hopper MC (host) entered to body at hospital. He pretended to be amnestic, went to twins classes, met ML, painted lots, yada yada...Reason pretending to be his twin: twin and the boyfriend left country for some reason, twin needed MC to join classes instead of him.

MC's host was accepted to art uni, but his parents falsified his name and sent his twin instead. It was said that the twin was so weak because MC's host took all the nutrients in the womb, so his parents always made him protect his twin and let him get anything. Instead, MC's host was sent out to work and support the twin's uni and life costs. The twin also took it for granted and abused MC's host. Some bigshot liked MC at first sight, but then switched to the twin because he was more 'lively'. MC didn't give up painting, his twin stole his paintings and presented them as his in uni and gained the support of a bigshot professor. In the original world, MC's host was closed up and forced to draw for the twin, while the twin was praised and lived the best life. Other than this, I kinda forgot what happened after MC took over the body. He met the ML, and held an exhibition I think. He proved on the spot that it was his paintings all the time because of a secret signature. The twin was disgraced and dismissed. Can't remember what happened to the parents.
