    1. Would you attempt to form a "guild" to fulfill the Celestial's demand?
    Maybe :hmm:
    2. Do you have the leadership abilities to run a guild? How is your charisma?
I would rather prefer being a lone wolf not a leader but I suppose I can handle it, especially because it is an isekai :hmm:
    3. How would you form a guild? What would your guild's purpose/focus be? What could your guild offer or provide to its members that other guilds cannot?

I will need a group of people so we can be a guild, the purpose and what the guild can offer, that would depend on the region and circumstances (for example a guild in a country side or village to provide them protection) :hmm:
    4. What kind of people would you recruit? What kind of people would you avoid? How would you choose your leaders?
To start the guild, I need reputation and people with ability (for example, I can start with a party of adventurers, do some missions, make a name for myself, later maybe save/help someone important and things should start working out from that point on) :hmm:
    5. What factors make a successful "guild" or social organization?
Reputation and good advertisement (just like IRL organisations) :blob_tilt:
    6. IRL, many informal social organizations have "initiation" ceremonies or rituals to make the new members develop a closer bond with each other. Is this effective? What is your opinion on these types of ceremonies?
Well, they depend on the person joining, but such ceremonies or rituals are there to 'break the ice' (or at least it is part of their purpose) but in an isekai guild setting such things can be substituted by missions and entry tests to determine the rank of the new member (not necessarily everyone starts from the lowest rank):blobsweat_2:
    7. What are the most significant challenges that you would anticipate?
Probably, competition and financial related challenges/problems :blob_tilt:

    1. Since it seems that there's only punishment for not achieving anything, something tells me there's no way to decline with a guarantee of not being punished in the next life. So yes?
    2. Slightly below average since I'm an introvert after all.
    3. I'll be making a book club, writers and social gathering club. Only to satisfy my need to read since I'm sure my next life won't be too happy, so I shall make the best of this one. Advantages? I'll try making the place for the guild as comfy as I can.
    4. Anyone that enjoys books and is not a morally broken person is welcomed! Leaders as long as they are hard working and driven I'm happy to follow.
    5. Commitment, compromise, perseverance, time, and money
    6. If it is a party with food, drinks, and awkward conversations then it's fine, but if it is a creepy or torturous ritual then no thanks. As long as it seems like a nice and fun tradition it is ok once it transforms into border line cult the run away.
    7. Socializing, persevering and procrastination (this will be mine alone)
As a group the issues will be too many to care to write.

    1. Would you attempt to form a "guild" to fulfill the Celestial's demand?
If this task was optional to begin with. (ie: refusing is punished the same as failure) then I'd have no choice but to try my best to complete the task.
    2. Do you have the leadership abilities to run a guild? How is your charisma?
My charisma is so-so. I can lead a small group (and often do) but I'm pretty bad at large scale speeches.
    3. How would you form a guild? What would your guild's purpose/focus be? What could your guild offer or provide to its members that other guilds cannot?
I'd just focus on my Information Technologies to build a good information network for adventurers to access. I'd try my best to keep everything (all the methods and whatnot) secret so that all people would know is that we are the best place to go for information and communication.
    4. What kind of people would you recruit? What kind of people would you avoid? How would you choose your leaders?
A few workers, a and then a large number of antitampering mechanisms. I'd also get some superficially attractive individuals to actually do the interfacing.
    5. What factors make a successful "guild" or social organization?
    Generally not hated, and useful.
    6. IRL, many informal social organizations have "initiation" ceremonies or rituals to make the new members develop a closer bond with each other. Is this effective? What is your opinion on these types of ceremonies?
    Meh
    7. What are the most significant challenges that you would anticipate?
bad luck, and it's tough to be number 1.

It's a guild, so standard procedure but with special benefits exclusive only to this particular "guild".

This is either going the way I think it's suppose to go or it's going that way behind the building. I hope you're thinking of the former.

Yes, but your goal isn't to solve all the problems. Or even any problems. It's strictly to become the most popular guild in the world.

    kill that annoying celestial
Ha? guild similar with company, do you think charisma enuf to nake company? there event some type of leadershi~ put on most important on charisma then may such organizations collapse after 2 generation
on such world escorts guild seem way to go
balance number of loyalty, ability, those who on dark and light side
leader is those who can accommodate such member

depend on purpose what such organizations for~ initiation can be used to test new member various value for organizations
    create one, hold one
grow them imo easier than those two

    1. Would you attempt to form a "guild" to fulfill the Celestial's demand?
I would form some kinda of entertainment Guild if there is not some kind of entertainment in this world.
    2. Do you have the leadership abilities to run a guild? How is your charisma?
I don’t know if I do have leadership skills. I probably do, probably not.
    3. How would you form a guild? What would your guild's purpose/focus be? What could your guild offer or provide to its members that other guilds cannot?
I would focus on gathering friends or a crew of sort to gather money to do stuff for the guild.

Guild’s purpose: create any kind of entertainment.
Like, games, shows, plays, music, etc.

As for what I’d offer? Obviously a living wage. But for other things I don’t know. yet.

    4. What kind of people would you recruit? What kind of people would you avoid? How would you choose your leaders?

Friends, maybe classmates, and different kinds of ppl I meet on my journey.
I would choose ppl by putting them in certain situations too see what they do. You know, give them a test. Mostly to see their skills, but to see who would have good leadership skills. I could also learn of their personality as well. That way I can avoid certain people if I must.

    5. What factors make a successful "guild" or social organization?
    Money
    Influence
    Connections
    And reputation.
    6. IRL, many informal social organizations have "initiation" ceremonies or rituals to make the new members develop a closer bond with each other. Is this effective? What is your opinion on these types of ceremonies?
Yes, it’s effective in someways. I would do an annual game where new members and old ones are partnered up. Old ones would learn how to deal with the new ones and guide them. same thing for the new ones but reverse. They would have to put their skills to use and develop new ones on the way.
    7. What are the most significant challenges that you would anticipate?
That I die by the god’s handy work. Or somehow die along the way in my life. I guess that’s god’s handwork too...

One way I would run said guild is that each guild master or whatever they call the leaders has up to 3 office terms and each term has set amount of years. For example, maybe 5 years for each term.
