Forgot about Daughter of 20 faces, it's good. Log Horizon's ok but IIRC there wasn't a proper ending considering the series is still being written.
Guess i'll throw an oldie here: The Wanderers of El-Hazard It was the very first anime i watched (some 20+ years ago) and still my favorite to this day.
Aldnoah Zero - politically driven story (futuristic with mecha) Psycho-Pass - Cyberpunk / Psychological / Crime Natsume Yuujinchou - supernatural / somewhat episodic plot / has numerous seasons but it's laid-back in a way that helps the story along. Baccano! - America in 1930s / it's a wild ride of comedy, mafias, mystery, action, and even some bit of drama. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood - Has action, magic, adventure, military, and even comedy. Try it out. Sounds better than what I'm saying. Cowboy Bebop - if you watched Firefly, it's somewhat like that. Wild West in space. Great jazzy music, gorgeous animation, and good plot. That's all I can think of for now.
Not sure what your preferences are, but here goes: Youjo Senki, Hellsing, Drifters, Black Lagoon & Jormungand if you're into dark/black comedies, so.... probably for later on? Cardcaptor Sakura Spoiler: One Punch Man DO NOT expect Saitama to have a grand fight such as Goku vs Bezita or Freeza Gintama Toriko BLEACH Soul Eater Flying Witch K-ON Wotakoi Yuru Camp Lucky Star Acchi Kocchi My Roommate is a Cat Barakamon Amaama to Inazuma Isekai Izakaya Nobu Isekai Shokudou I Said Make My Abilities Average! Knights & Magic Gin no Saji Hakumei to Mikochi Yuru Camp Ouran Host Club Else, might want to try Summer Wars and/or Ghibli's works (ie: Totoro & Kiki Delivery Service)

I haven't really watched anime in over 5yrs, so I don't remember that many that haven't been mentioned yet, but I think Bakuman is a great series you might find interesting.
