Artwork looks good, fights look good. I’ve yet to see the entire episode, having problems with AirPlay on my iPad. (I prefer to watch on my tv) so far, looking good, hopefully faithful to manga. \o/
Dude, just let the show run for awhile before making any comments, BECAUSE YOU ARE RAISING ARIFURETA FLAGS OVER HERE.
Watched it, not a fan. I'm not a big fan of stupid, strong willed toddlers. Plot seems forced, why the heck would anyone stand ontop of the veranda fencing(either they are stupid or skilled enough to not actually fall and she's the former). MC decides to spare her life and help her because she's stupidly strong willed and doesn't want to forget her mother even though she has no skills? Also what was with the MC kissing the girl, he could of just told her to drink w/e that potion was instead of kissing a 10 year old. Obviously I haven't read the manga nor do i want to. Seems like a very niche anime, not my cup of tea.
Be glad it is not the typical isekai harem shitshow. Though I have to admit, not my type of work too, at least the author is trying something else.
There are Loli-phile overtones to the manga and novel. I’m hoping the author is a tease. I need something different compared to the one where the guy marries his adoptive daughter...I find that WAY more disturbed. Coming up...overtones of V-hunter D. So far so good, with a decent new ep.
After watching the latest two eps and having read the manga (and enjoyed them) I have to say the anime is abit of a disappointment, they don't explain the plot well at all namely, it seems more loli-phile too because of the plot (or lack thereof) BUT I'm impressed by the art, character design and soundtrack so I'll personally watch this too the end even if it becomes a different story to the manga.
It is entertainment, it is not some academic piece that has to follow rules. You can turn your brain off and just enjoy it. I think we have gotten spoilt and become elitist. EDIT: Hahaha I forgot to add "off" and it was just "turn your brain" Do you guys like turning your brain?lol
Was catching up on Vinland Saga on an unnamed pirate site and saw this show listed in the "popular" section. Googled, came up with this satire video ripping into it ... basically Sharknado (2013) it's-so-bad-it's-good. It might just win the loli-pedo shitshow of the year.
The anime felt rushed and the OP animation is better than it's anime. I would have prefer reading the manga or someone having translated the light novel. The concept is cool and all, excluding the author's probable fetish for flat chests? I have to say, the anime's OP was weird, since it had more development than what the anime showed. The tone too was completely different from what the show conveyed. As for the fight scenes, okay but not good enough including some awkward face/body scenes. Indeed, like junk food.
