Does anyone know this person? Or have this person contact information? Social media account? >> https://www.wattpad.com/user/kabita_rai << I found several novel which translated by other translator posted on this thief account, including mine I already scold this b!tch but no answer, even this b!tch re-posted my latest translation without guilt The fact that "updated 2 hours ago" Or anyone have wattpad account? Help me b!tch-slap this thief
Wattpad is rife with what are essentially aggregators. There's nothing surprising both in them not responding and ignoring you. I am a bit surprised they wrote it's not their work though.
This just in, sky is blue! sky is blue! Unfortunately as said, these kind of stuff happen all the time on wattpad.
This is reason why I'm so lazy to do quick update Did you know, the response from her readers is greater than mine???
Honestly I don't see why your so angry about this. There are are plenty of sites that outright release stolen translations for anyone to see every single day. It's not even hard to find them. All this person is doing is redistributing something that's probably been redistributed a thousand times already. And I'd bet a lot less people are seeing it on her little wattpad then they are seeing it on the countless bootleg sites anyway.
I'm not even telling you not to care though. I would care if the product of my hard work was being paraded around on some shit website by some fan seeking bitch, all I'm saying is that directing all your anger at a single one of these thieves will yield you no results. There are many of them and none of them are special enough for you to give your singular attention to. This issue is indicative to a much bigger issue all together, and it's an issue that I don't think Will get any better.
report her account. pm her and keep pm-ing her. report her for copyright. not the first person on wattpad doing this, not the last person on wattpad doing this.
Just tell them that if they wanna read it offline, they can download chrome or samsung internet to save pages and read offline at their own time, without having to resort to stealing work
Lol I won't be this pissed off if it's aggregator sites At least I can deceive them But in this case it's clearly hooman, not machine like aggregator sites
Scolding and bitch slapping wouldn't work against me, I'll just ignore you or straight out block you.
Yeah, I can create downloadable file for 'offline purpose' That's why I asked how to create epub file in the previous thread
These comments that missed the fact that OP was a translator who was also stolen from don't have the guts to take back what they said just because they thought it was just another casual reader trying to be a white knight. I suggest you insert your website link in your work so that it would be added in when they copy paste from it. Maybe use a transparent font so normal readers won't be able to see it without highlighting.
Just report the account to wattpad if the user copyrighted the stories you can report it as theft or plagiarism
Finally someone noticed it I already insert my website link, but she just deleted it before published it
yes, that's why you report them. and piss them off by commenting on every paragraph that their novel is stolen from you. and keep reporting their account. there wont be any need to deceive them, but it will be satisfying, although albeit tedious
