I've wrapped the presents, made the cookies and just have to make the meal and talk with my relatives. Which is hard, it's not like I never talk to them so seeing them isn't special to me. As much as i hate celebrations, christmas is the only 2nd holiday i would love(new years first) since it is a season to be happy and being merry with others. And the food to celebrate is worth the effort to socialize and being buddy buddy with others. Plus, its only a short moment in the whole year where you reunite with your relatives and even get taught new tricks(i just learned from my cousins that we have the same taste in historical guns).
Don't like it, hate the music/movies/series/cartoons about it and find stupid people dressing like a north pole man in summer
I'm gonna be cooking for the next few hours to cook the food that is worth it. Also I already talk to my relatives through the year. It's not like the don't exist throughout the year. Not all my relatives live in the same country either, but we still talk.
We don't celebrate Christmas here and there's no holidays but I'm getting enough atmosphere by all new year decorations and social media, my point is..... I want holiday too!
I like Christmas so much I hate it. I can't describe it easily, but know it would the perfect season to start an apocalypse. Humans are undeserving of such celebration with their willingness to forget their own evils. Disgusting humans, disgusting me. I don't celebrate Christmas or Halloween or Easter. ^.^ I'll take the stat days though. >_> My principals do not stop me from enjoying a day off from work. Haha. For me it should be christmas, halloween, easter, valentines, birthdays etc every day of the year. \o/ I will purchase presents or have a party because I feel like it. If the date doesn't suit then we can change it. So much easier when you remove the stress from holidays.
I personally don't care about it but I love that it makes people feel happy. I celebrate it with friends and family and enjoy it a lot. If it's just me though I treat it like a day off, sleep in and be lazy.
