Forgotten Title Chinese Novel about Prison System

Early this morning, before I went to bed, I was surfing around on the net and browsing multiple novels.

And I came across something interesting. It's a Chinese novel about:

#1. Mental patient who woke up in an abandoned asylum.

#2. He woke up with a system. Basically, it can imprison supernatural creatures and allow him to tap their powers. So it's a prison.

#3. The first supernatural prisoner was a vampire girl. The MC used blood-letting and garlic and crosses and holy water to weaken her before imprisoning her.

I only read up to chapter 2 before falling asleep.

Unfortunately, when I woke up, I couldn't find the same page again. Nor do I remember the title. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, I have the habit of using CCleaner to delete cookies on my computer. I do that every night before I go to bed. It's almost like a reflex.

Sorry, no. It was some Chinese novel site. And the novel is in Chinese.

 

Okay. It's been a long wait but I finally chanced upon the novel again! And on the Chinese raw sites, it's listed as Completed!
