Alda has three forms and one of them is a young man with a sickle and torch. The book is Curatos and the sickle is Niltark.
A pitchfork would have been more fitting than a sickle for Niltark and Alda, considering his faction's followers gang up and attack anyone that doesn't conform, like the stereotypical "angry mob of villagers" with torches and pitchforks. Though, I guess the sickle is fitting as well, considering the parallels between Alda's faction and Stalin's Soviet Union. Alda's "Law" and "Judgement" are not impartial, and are used to push an agenda after all. I'm betting the stories ending has Van devouring Alda and his Divine Authority, becoming a Great God himself, and bringing balance back to the world with the Authority over "Death" and "Judging" the souls of the dead and punishing them in his Divine Realm before allowing them to reincarnate.
Hey whatever happened to that other reincarnator that is being used by one of the gods in Alda’s faction? Last time I read about him was when Murakami and the others just reincarnated into Lambda.
Got Van-sama withdrawal syndrome... again... At first I was fine, like multiple chapters were released near each other. Who would not be happy with that!? I was content, I was happy, I was... Complete. One mistake posses a problem though. I looked at the date of the last chapter and realized. My completed form fell apart. What I realized was that the last chapter was released... Last year! PRAISE VAN-SAMA!! *crys in a corner only saying "praise Van-sama"*
Well following the course of events that Vandalieu usually takes, his efforts to draw out Birkyne or Murakami will end up with him fighting someone unrelated to his current goal.
Whatever happened to doom? I miss their posts for new chapters. That was an incredibly wholesome chapter. Yeah for The Holy Mother Darcia getting to have some fun. I can't wait for Isla and the other vampires being jealous of van's dog getting to wear a collar and walk around with him in town.
Worst part is is that will probably happen. I am curious about what the pooch will evolve into. Hopefully something horrifyingly cute.
