Stir fried veggies and some raw carrots. Potatoes as fries and green leafy veggie soup. Well its not really a problem not having veggies. The only problem is having too much cooking oil in everything I cook.
Oh, it looks like it'd be tasty. If the lettuce was cooked cabbage instead it'd be even better. And as long as the chicken is still warm. I think people think it looks unappetizing because of their expectations of what a burger should look like. I'll probably be eating leftovers from yesterday, but that was a combined effort, so no point taking pic. Or I might make French toast .... Anyway, I've long been the type of cook that can make something that tastes good, smells good, but looks bad, so I don't use looks to judge taste as much, so maybe that's why my opinion is different. The Dao of cooking eggs is deep. I recommend it too @Bakaturq
You can try adding beer I basically add eggs when i stir fry veggies(especially bitter gourd) My favourite cabbage cooking style is stir frying thinly sliced cabbage with pork kampong style. I can finish one whole plate of it as the only side dish for rice. What it actually looks like
If you are bad with condiments, try out recipes that have quantities for ingredients as you would an experiment. Lay the ingredients out carefully on the bench (with their respective quantities) before you cook and then follow the instructions. Keep in mind health and safety at all times. I know it sounds stupid simple, yet you'd be surprised at how many people don't think of cooking in this way. Make sure to show us your other dishes.
Where Ai-chan is, it looks exactly like how it appears in the advertisement. The colour may be a bit off, though. Double Down is Ai-chan's new favourite. Now, if only they'd bring in the Quadruple Down too.
Here's an idea. Thick chunks of bitter gourd braised using dark soy sauce and water and corn starch. When people cook food just to look fancy, bit have no regards on how it is actually eaten. Too bad the ingredients on sale sell in batches (3-4 servings per meal) and i can only buy one to two serving cuz the rest left in the fridge will be thrown away by my mother on accounts of 'wasting her fridge space' That depends on the employees and the work place. Over here, fast food restaurant hire people looking to make fast bucks to cook food fast, so the food appearance suffers... How about organising friends to play professional tag or rock climbing or soccer or basketball? Have fun getting fit
You're alright. I've made(and eaten) worse. If you have spice you might want to add it. You won't believe what some slice of raw garlic/onion and a sprinkle of ground pepper can do to your appetite.
I cook pretty well, but I'm lazy af. So tonight, I had pickles and a bit of chocolate (to fix the taste in my mouth) for dinner. Sorry no pics.
