I don't really think it's a problem that you're like this now... it seems like you just stopped sexualizing women in general based on only their outward appearance. It doesn't necessarily mean that you won't be able to be sexually aroused by a woman though. Some people only get aroused when they have an emotional connection with someone. Maybe you kinda developed in that direction? Cause if so, it'll very much be possible to maintain a relationship and create a family like that. In a way even more so now cause now you might be less likely to get aroused by/attracted to some other random woman and potentially cause conflicts in your relationship that way? As for if you should or should not be aroused by women in general.... I mean, what kinda question is that even. I don't think there's anything wrong with either of those; it's the actions that matter. Which is what plenty of people said in the other thread too. sorry if I'm misunderstanding sth here but wasn't the main point to stop acting on it rather than to stop sexualizing women in your head? If so, these two might've not made a difference in that thread.
For a serious answer, based on personal experience... overthinking something like that will increase the percentage of you getting impotent. Just think, 3rd world morons are spreading kids like crazy just because they dont literally think of consequences. Just last week, we had a story about a poor family having 21kids for a night time drama on tv. Like wtf.
I do actually have a routine of 3 times a day before... But i dont have the passion to do it these days anymore...
