looking for modern world novels where there's no romance. i've seen so many modern world novels, but i realized half-way through that nearly every single novel has a perverted mc. one of those mc's who's really shameless and takes advantage of women with "an innocent expression". and throughout all the novels, they never change. they're always shameless and perverted, take advantage of women, and are just plain annoying. i don't know wtf it is with chinese modern world authors and perverted mc but it's really fucking annoying. i want a novel where there is little romance, but an action novel. like being a mercenary, cultivator, etc. just as long as there's combat, and very minimal to no romance. ty
For house of horrors, its not like he won't, more like he can't get too close to other women dead or alive. Lol
