    Okay, wanted to make a poll but I figured I wouldn't know them all so I decided to see who people think are the smartest protagonists they've read about. Personally I'm going for Su Chen from Divine Throne of Primordial Blood.

    My top would probably be the MCs from Altina the Sword Princess or Hyouka. They are really consistent with their genius moments.

    Though MCs from Rokka no Yuusha and No Game No Life are pretty smart too when it counts.

    Then there's Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria where basically every character is a strategic mastermind.

    I'd like to include the MCs from History’s Strongest Senior Brother and The King’s Avatar as honorable mentions too. They're pretty smart most of the time, but sometimes they come up with something that blow you away.

    To me, the ideal of smart protagonist is Shiroe from Log Horizon.
    Other smart protagonists I'd recommend include:
    Mattias the Strongest Sage of the Failed Crest
    Demon King from Maoyuu Maou Yuusha
    Adlet from Rokka no Yuusha.

    In my opinion, Su Chen only ranked third place among Zero Destiny's MC in term of intelligence. The second place belongs to Shen Yi (Infinity Armament), while the first one is Yuan Chenfei (Game of Gods)

    I voted for MC (FMC) from novel LUCIA & LIGHT AND SHADOW!!!

    They are the best. Not just beautiful but they are smart, strong, clever, kind on their own way, knows what should have been done since that was their second chance of life. Ah I like to read novel/story with this kind of FMC so much:blobmelt:
