    Loneliness (it's quite short & i think it counts as angst) and it's completely translated.

    Spring Trees and Sunset Clouds - not pure angst but MC is going through trauma recovery so it has a very melancholic feel. Completely translated.

    Also if you're interested you could try some Quick Transmigration books in which the arcs have sad ending while the real world/ end the couple end up together.

    I have a secret - lots of angst but sadly it doesn't have much translated chapters. The first arc, 3rd arc & last arc don't have much angst but the other arcs are sad.

    Heroic Death System - MC's task is to die so it gets quite angsty.

    How to die as heavy as mt tai - 1st 4 arcs are angsty. Those arcs have been translated.
