Novels similar to soul land with battle spirits as a source of power I’ve already read pmg so anything similar would be great thanks
Tales of Demons and Gods? Hmm, or that one novel... Daoist Gu? I never got into it myself, but I feel like it might be similar?
I agree. Read Spirit Immortal, it is a little slow but when it starts to move forward nothing stop it. Great world building, the lore of distribution of spirits is wonderful and character grow is amazing, both for the protagonist and for his friends. And relationships in it are so fluid nothing without reason as soul mates brought together by fate.
Chronicles of Primordial Wars, kinda like Battle Spirits but instead of Spirits it is Totem. Perfect World, I remember that they can use the essences of the creature they killed and used it to attack, they can summon the creature as a spirit.
I think that's the Soul Land series. If you like writing style of Douluo Dalu, maybe Heavenly Jewel Change is something for you. I don't think/remember if it has martial spirits, but it's still similar & closest to Duoluo Dalu, since it's also from the same author. You could say they're in same universe as Doulu Dalu as I think it's related to something that happened in Duoluo Dalu I've yet to finish myself. Hmm then there's Invincinle, but I wouldn't recommend if you can't stand harem & long winding & repetitive stories. The writing style is ofcourse different too. I think God Of Slaughter has martial spirits, but it's not like Douluo Dalu series & 18+. There might be more, but I can't remember by head & some were already mentioned.
