Yeah, i started reading this recently and it's so enjoyable. It's relatively realistic of how the adventurer profession is for most and even mocks the stock standard harem tropes through the annoying yet likeable dork hero side characters Klaus and his harem as well as a darker mocking of 'dick for brains' narcissist harem protags. I think part of it is that, on the whole, the protag is mature and the voice of reason compared to the rest of the cast so far. He's experienced the depths of war so he understands the general risks of doing something so dangerous but is kinda clueless to the intricacies of the adventurer profession itself. The heroine is also a big but amusing dork who provides a nice counterpoint to our serious protag.
