The Girl Who Ate a Death God - this is a fantasy novel though and while MC is main character she’s not super important. She’s a battering ram in a world of puny swords but she still needs someone to point out who to fight. I’ll live my second life - Fii is absolutely fantastic, don’t let the downer beginning get to you. Fii’s my absolutely favorite cross dressing protagonist and really refreshing

Ascending, Do Not Disturb - Good solid female lead. She's young. She makes mistakes, but she plows on ahead. Slow Prison Life - You probably don't get a more powerful female lead than this. Although it's more comedy than serious story so the plot sometimes takes a back seat for laughs. Common Sense of a Warrior - MC mother is killed by bandits when she was young, so she dedicates herself to the sword to get vengeance on the bandits. However the main thrust of the story is how she handles her life after she gets her vengeance.
