What are IET, ST and DE? What do they stand for? Is this a sequal of another novel or Manga. Why does the 1st page say its gonna have a crappy ending?

This one has no relation to other novels or mangas as far as i know.

It is like the book ended early. There were lots of left to explore but the author decided to end it. I liked the ending tho. It depends on the person

 

the ending is kinda abrupt but not really crappy
you learn about another higher lvl and new open worlds and a new journey but it doesnt happen its just over

DE and LXY have a bit similar ending in regards that once reaching the ultimate lvl the world opens up a bit for new adventures but nothing

 

Thanks for the info. I read all of them. I didn't like the ending of desolate era in the Manga. It said completed but it felt like it was ongoing. Well, I don't mind the ending being open ended. Sometimes leaving things to imagination leads to better results.

 

i dont read CN manga adaptions they are shitty

 

i didn't know a CN manga could end. most manga seem to just go on till you forget about them.

 

Nonono the manhua doesn't cover the whole story. Alot of chinese manhua either gets forgotten or dropped before they get to cover the full story. Desolate Era is over 1000+ chapters long, no manhua unless it extends to 300+ chapters can come near covering all that.

 

I really like Seeking the flying sword path, even more now that I understand the mythological backgrounds of its characters. However I hate the ending. It resolves an intense build up with such a rushed finish that I was expecting at least several chapters of battle. Houyi already had a vendetta against Zhurong that should've been resolved and we could've gotten an all out war between both sides. Instead IET went with the easy way out, that being Qin Yun so OP that he casually stomp everyone.
