Has he finished the 4 star scenario yet? I'm on chapter 794 and decided to stock up chapters since it seemed like it wasn't going to end anytime soon.
idk about that, in the past i see the novel(raw) isnt updated for day(s) but its not happening now and english translation show up every 1-2 day. maybe he escapes the censor beam long time ago
Is the school of the afterlife arc finished? I want it to be done first before I start reading again. I stopped reading when the mission is about to expire and a blind old man(the one where the MC got a red specter who is only powerful inside a movie) ran away(?) from his house because somebody is chasing after him. And I assume that after that, he'd go to the school of the afterlife quest. Since it is a 4* mission, it has to be long, so I stopped reading since I don't want to be cliff hanged everytime.
I'm about 5 chapters from catching up to current translation and it's still not done. I don't have access to the premium chapters so not sure if it's ending soon or not. I'm going to let chapters stock up a bit again.
Ugh I hate that it's so long. I get that's it's kind of major that it's a 4 star scenario but sheesh. It started around ch760ish I think. All those chapters and how much time has passed in there? Hopefully author doesn't do an arc like this again in the novel, or does it better. Something about the pacing through all these chapters is a bit unsatisfying. But don't get me wrong, I really like this novel overall. Waiting for this arc to finish is just killing me a little. Releases being faster would be great too.
I'm already at around ch 500 before I dropped this. It's not scary anymore, it became a crime solving novel with ghosts. XD I wished the author gave the streaming arc more chapters because the non-stop missions kinda get boring and tedious to read.
Even serial killers and specters don't dare mess with Chen Ge, who do these people think they are? lol.
